Los juzgados de Chañaral, Caldera y Diego de Almagro adoptaron medidas para atención de público y desarrollo de audiencias, en el marco de la emergencia sanitaria por el covid-19.
El Juzgado de Letras y Garantía de Chañaral, por ejemplo, dispuso horario de atención de público hasta las 13 horas, con trámites presenciales solo urgentes mediante resguardos sanitarios necesarios; quienes necesiten hacer consultas pueden hacerlo a través del teléfono 52-2480138.
Las audiencias impostergables se realizan por videoconferencia, ya que se mantiene la estrategia de teletrabajo, con solo con un funcionario en el tribunal, quien actúa como ministro de fe en turnos rotativos.
En tanto, el Juzgado de Letras de Diego de Almagro ha reducido la atención de público solo a casos urgentes sobre todo en materia de violencia intrafamiliar y medidas de protección durante un horario que va desde las 8.30 a las 13 horas.
Las consultas y dudas serán atendidas a través del teléfono 52 2441234, y el correo electrónico jldiegodealmagro@pjud.cl. Y los que requieran información después de los horarios establecidos, deseen realizar denuncias urgentes en materia de violencia intrafamiliar y solicitar medidas de protección podrán escribir al WhatsApp +56 9 44287301.
El Juzgado de Garantía de Diego de Almagro realiza todas las audiencias por videoconferencia, con una dotación mínima presente en el tribunal. El horario de funcionamiento es de 8 a 13 horas y atiende vía telefónica por la línea 522449680 o el correo electrónico jgdiegodealmagro@pjud.cl
Finalmente, el Juzgado de Letras y Garantía de Caldera atiende presencialmente solo urgencias, en especial denuncias por violencia intrafamiliar y medidas de protección, además de otras materias que requieran resoluciones prontas. El horario es de lunes a viernes entre las 8 y las 13 horas; y los sábados de 9 a 12 horas. Y las consultas se responden en los teléfonos 52-2-316140 y 52-2-315547.
