SENADIS llama a postular proyectos para la inclusión de personas con discapacidad en la región de Atacama
Fue lanzado, de manera oficial el Fondo Nacional de Proyectos Inclusivos – FONAPI, que este año dispone más de 44 millones de pesos para el financiamiento de iniciativas para la inclusión social de las personas con discapacidad de nuestra región de Atacama.
En la oportunidad estuvieron presentes las autoridades de Gobierno junto a la directora regional del Servicio Nacional de la Discapacidad, Senadis, Gabriela Villanueva Fuentealba y representantes del proyecto ejecutado por la Fundación de Facilitadores de lengua de señas FILSA,
El Fondo busca financiar iniciativas que aporten o potencien la inclusión social de las personas con discapacidad, que promuevan sus derechos, apoyen su autonomía, su independencia y mejoren su calidad de vida. Las iniciativas se pueden desarrollar en áreas como Cultura, Deporte, Inclusión Laboral, Comunicación, Emergencia y Desastres Naturales y Salud Inclusiva.
En relación a este fondo la Seremi de Desarrollo Social y Familia, Yosselin Moyano precisó que “hacemos una convocatoria general a las organizaciones para que puedan participar de este importante fondo del Servicio Nacional de la Discapacidad de la región de Atacama, que paralelamente se está lanzando a nivel nacional y que va en directo apoyo a las personas con discapacidad con el fin de lograr su autonomía su desarrollo a través de distintas iniciativas que ellos pueden postular. Esta iniciativa va en la dirección de fortalecer el trabajo que se hace a nivel regional y nacional en pos de la dignidad y el acompañamiento de las personas con discapacidad y sus familias, que es parte central del Programa de Gobierno del Presidente Gabriel Boric y nosotros como Desarrollo Social estamos impulsando con fuerza. Finalmente invitamos a todos y todas a ser parte de esta importante instancia”.
En tanto, la directora regional de Senadis, agregó que “Hago un llamado a las entidades públicas o privadas sin fines de lucro como Fundaciones, Corporaciones, Cooperativas, Organizaciones Comunitarias, entre otras, a postular al Fondo Nacional de Proyectos Inclusivos, este año incorporamos la línea de Salud Mental de la Personas con Discapacidad y sus cuidadoras y cuidadores, que busca ejecutar acciones relacionadas con la contención y desarrollo de recursos emocionales de personas con discapacidad y sus cuidadoras y cuidadores, para abordar los efectos de la pandemia en su salud mental. Estamos a completa disposición para apoyar a las organizaciones a conocer y manejar las bases técnicas para que sus iniciativas se puedan postular de manera efectiva”.
La actividad se realizó en dependencias del centro comunitario de la comuna de Vallenar, donde el presidente de la Fundación FILSA Julio Pizarro Metzdorff expuso sobre el desarrollo de la iniciativa “Producción de Eventos Gastronómicos” que ejecuta la Fundación, junto a mujeres con discapacidad auditiva. A través del financiamiento de SENADIS, pudieron adquirir hornos industriales, kit de chef, uniformes. El presidente de la Fundación además destacó que junto al proceso de formación han podido potenciar las habilidades y destrezas personales, las jóvenes, posterior al proceso de formación, han podido instalarse en distintos espacios públicos y privados permitiéndoles así potenciar las iniciativas de emprendimiento personal.

Las postulaciones se realizan a través del sitio web de SENADIS, www.senadis.gob.cl, y se extenderán hasta el martes 14 de junio de 2022 hasta las 14:00 horas.
El Fondo está orientado a todas las entidades públicas o privadas sin fines de lucro, como Fundaciones, Corporaciones, Cooperativas, Organizaciones Comunitarias, entre otras, que se encuentren vigentes, y que cuenten, entre sus beneficiarios directos, con personas con discapacidad, pudiendo financiar iniciativas desde los 3 millones hasta los 25 millones de pesos.
