Récord de infractores por toque de queda
Un total de 973 personas no respetó la prohibición de desplazamientos entre las 22:00 horas del viernes y las 05:00 de este sábado, la cifra más alta durante la pandemia, según informó Carabineros.
El aumento llama la atención, porque se da justo en el inicio de la cuarentena total para el Gran Santiago.
El sábado 2 de mayo pasado se había registrado el mayor número de infractores, que esa vez llegó a 811.
De los sorprendidos anoche, 78 fueron en la Región Metropolitana y los restantes 895 en provincias.
Respecto a salvoconductos, la policía uniformada informó que se entregaron 12.936 de forma presencial: 3.456 fueron en el área metropolitana y 9.480 en las otras zonas.
Por otra parte, también en la primera noche de cuarentena total en el Gran Santiago, vecinos de San Joaquín y San Miguel denunciaron en redes sociales -con videos incluidos- que hubo intensas balaceras en la población La Legua, sin que mediara control policial o militar alguno.
