Presos tres sujetos que se enfrentaron a Carabineros en Tierra Amarilla

Durante la captura los vecinos comenzaron a abalanzarse contra el personal de carabineros y, mientras se retiraba debido al riesgo que se mantenía en el sector, lanzaban objetos contra los funcionarios y los vehículos.

(Por Frenny Kelly Granado). Tres sujetos, uno de ellos adolescentes, fueron detenidos la noche de este viernes en las inmediaciones de la calle Manto Verde, en la población Luis Uribe de la comuna de Tierra Amarilla tras enfrentarse a fuego cruzado con los funcionarios de Carabineros de Chile.

El hecho se registró pasadas las 23:00 horas, luego que uniformados iniciaran una ronda de patrullaje preventivo por el sector tras recibir denuncias de que un grupo de individuos portaba armas de fuego en plena vía pública.

La denuncia especificaba que eran cuatro los criminales que amedrantaban a las personas en la calle Manuel Montt 375, pero no fue ahí sino en la Manto Verde donde los efectivos policiales se toparon de frente con el cuarteto.

Uno de los sujetos fue el que se resteó contra las autoridades y con un arma de fabricación casera comenzó a dispararles; acto que -bajo el marco de la Ley- fue repelido de inmediato para dar continuidad con el procedimiento.

No pasó mucho tiempo para que los sujetos armados se dieran cuenta que estaban en desventaja, así que emprendieron la huida por las casas del sector, hasta que lograron internarse en la identificada con el número 33, hasta donde fueron perseguidos por tratarse de un procedimiento en flagrancia.

En el interior los carabineros lograron atrapar a tres de los hombres, ya que el cuarto logró huir; en ese momento fue cuando se dieron cuenta que uno de los detenidos era menor de edad. Sin embargo, cuando los habitantes del sector notaron lo que ocurría, trataron de impedir el traslado de los sujetos.

En el parte policial enviado por los sujetos se lee que los residentes comenzaron a abalanzarse contra el personal de carabineros y, mientras se retiraba debido al riesgo que se mantenía en el sector, lanzaban objetos contra los funcionarios y los vehículos.

Ante este hecho se le dio cuenta al fiscal de turno de forma inmediata, quien dispuso los tres detenidos pasarán a control de detención y autorizó al Grupo de Operaciones Policiales Especiales (Gope), así como a las Fuerzas Especiales de Carabineros de Chile concurrir al sitio para prestar apoyo; además de personal en las patrullas de civil.
