Paris muestra disposición de adoptar sugerencias del consejo asesor para el desconfinamiento
El ministro de Salud, Enrique Paris, se mostró abierto a acoger algunas de las recomendaciones planteadas por el consejo asesor covid-19 a los criterios que estableció la cartera para avanzar de una fase a otra en el plan Paso a Paso, pero al mismo tiempo descartó que haya existido un apresuramiento para empezar la aplicación.
En un documento que elaboraron los expertos, piden considerar ítems adicionales y modificar los valores de ciertos indicadores en algunos cambios de fase. Por ejemplo, en la positividad de los test PCR, la entidad propone que sea igual o menor a 10 % para pasar de Cuarentena a Transición, mientras el Minsal establece que sea igual o bajo 15 %, entre otros.
Paris dijo que él y su equipo tienen “una altísima opinión y respeto por el consejo asesor, por lo tanto, hemos estudiado ya estas notas sobre los indicadores de umbrales del plan ‘Paso a paso’ y vamos a ver la posibilidad de incluir las recomendaciones”; sin embargo, dejó claro que “no tenemos temor por tomar decisiones para retroceder, si es necesario, y así resguardar la salud de la población”.
