La Educación Ejecutiva que está rompiendo los paradigmas tradicionales en Educación Online

Para Héctor Almonacid la Educación Ejecutiva no es solamente vender un programa, es el compromiso de calidad y cercanía que existe con el participante y que va generando un acompañamiento constante en su crecimiento personal y laboral, como dice él “La mayor ganancia de nuestros programas es el éxito de nuestros participantes”.

Hoy en día el Centro de Estudios Estratégicos y de Negocios cumple un poco más de 2 años desde su creación y con más de 4.000 egresados de distintos lugares de Chile y el extranjero y que destaca por sus metodologías innovadoras que han generado un real impacto estratégico en los egresados y sus organizaciones.
Pero este éxito no fue fácil, el mercado de la educación y capacitación online nunca gozó de mucho reconocimiento, todo lo contrario, se tuvieron que romper muchos paradigmas y esperar las condiciones tecnológicas excepcionales y al golpe de una nueva realidad causada por la pandemia que obligó a tener una nueva mirada y vencer la resistencia existente en ese momento.

Hoy, ninguno de esos pensamientos retrógrados parece importar mucho. Primero, porque la calidad de un programa es una cuestión que depende de múltiples factores. Segundo, porque la realidad dictó sentencia y la pandemia se encargó de validar la modalidad en línea ―sino ¿de qué otra forma se podían ofrecer los programas educativos? ―. Y tercero, porque su propia naturaleza hizo relevantes aspectos que, antes obvio, están a la base de los nuevos tiempos.

Ante la importancia actual de mostrar y acreditar más conocimientos y nuevas herramientas que validen a los profesionales que ya tienen trabajo y a los que están en su búsqueda, la educación a distancia cobra mayor incidencia y los estudios de Educación Ejecutiva se vuelven una elección cada vez más común.

La explicación la ofrece su Director, Héctor Almonacid, ya que la apertura del Centro fue una mirada a la necesidad de contar con una Educación Ejecutiva accesible, de primer nivel y que entregue herramientas prácticas a sus participantes, unido a estrategias innovadoras de enseñanza, de excelentes académicos, y de la instalación de una plataforma web informativa, amigable, orientadora y no invasiva, “por lo que el modelo de gestión y de pedagogía son sumamente atractivos para cualquier persona que necesite acreditar conocimientos”, explicó.

No fue fácil, destaca su Director, pero tremendamente reconfortante el poder sentir y vivir la alegría de gran parte de sus egresados, sus éxitos y experiencias y como lo aprendido les ha ayudado en su vida personal y laboral, sus correos de agradecimiento, sus reconocimientos, destaca su Director “pero los realmente agradecidos somos nosotros por la confianza que han depositado en nuestros programas”.

De esta manera la Educación Ejecutiva que ofrece el Centro de Estudios Estratégicos y de Negocios ha permitido la doble función de entregar conocimiento específico, centrado en su aplicación práctica y la retroalimentación de los logros de sus estudiantes. Entregar y aprehender. Con esto como base se ha logrado aumentar la cantidad de cursos dictados y comenzar a realizar alianzas estratégicas fuera de Chile.
Es por eso que hoy los desafíos se han hecho realidad y el Centro de Estudios Estratégicos y de Negocios ha acordado una serie de alianzas estratégicas con UDIMA, Neumann BS, ITAE Business School y se encuentra trabajando en una pronta propuesta de programas de Master Ejecutivos con reconocimiento internacional en distintas áreas de conocimiento, “estamos comprometidos en construir nuevas competencias en cada uno de nuestros participantes, y que les permitirá crecer personal y profesionalmente generando un real impacto en sus organizaciones y su comunidad”.
