Detenido y en prisión preventiva imputado que disparó en la cara a su víctima
Personal de la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI lo detuvo luego de una orden que gestionó el fiscal de turno.
Privado de libertad en la cárcel de Copiapó quedó un imputado que fue detenido y formalizado por tres delitos, luego que la madrugada de este miércoles atacara con un arma de fuego a un hombre adulto quien tuvo que ser atendido de urgencia en el Hospital Regional.
Respecto de esta causa, el jefe (s) de la Brigada de Homicidios de la PDI Atacama, subprefecto Mario Manton Zúñiga, indicó que se recepcionó un llamado del fiscal de turno, Marcelo Torres, quien solicitó la concurrencia de esta brigada luego que una persona adulta fuera herida con un arma de fuego siendo trasladado por familiares al Servicio de Urgencia del Hospital Regional. “De acuerdo a los antecedentes recabados, esto ocurrió luego que el imputado de este hecho mantuviera una discusión con la hijastra de la víctima, ingresando luego al domicilio del afectado quien recibió el disparo en su boca”, indicó.
En la audiencia de formalización la fiscal (s) Carolina Trivelli comunicó al Juez de turno que el imputado fue detenido por la PDI, a partir de una orden gestionada por la Fiscalía, luego que la evidencia lo ubicara en el lugar en que ocurrió el delito siendo además reconocido por la víctima y una testigo.
“La investigación de este caso da cuenta que el detenido accedió a la fuerza a la vivienda, procediendo luego a apuntar y disparar en contra de la víctima en su rostro para luego darse a la fuga”, dijo la fiscal.
En la audiencia, Trivelli argumentó los antecedentes reunidos en esta etapa inicial de la indagatoria, comunicando al imputado que será investigado por su participación en los delitos consumados de violación de morada y porte ilegal de arma de fuego, además de un delito de homicidio en grado de frustrado. Por ello, dada la gravedad de los ilícitos cometidos, sumado a que el detenido cuenta con antecedentes penales, la fiscal solicitó en su contra la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva por considerarlo un peligro para la seguridad de la sociedad. Petición que fue acogida, decretándose su ingreso al centro penitenciario de la capital regional.
