Detenido sujeto por microtráfico de drogas en Diego de Almagro
Personal de servicio de la subcomisaría de Carabineros de Diego de Almagro, procedió a la detención de un infractor de ley, el que fue identificado con las iniciales C.A.E.A., de 36 años de edad quien registra domicilio en la ciudad de copiapo, por los delitos de microtrafico de drogas , al ser sorprendido portando la cantidad de 4 gramos y 300 miligramos de cocaína, dosificada en varios papeles cuadriculados. Además se le halló dinero en efectivo
Además se estbleció que el sujeto mantiene antecedentes penales y registraba al momento de la detencion una orden de detención vigente por el delito de amenazas simples contra personas y propiedad emanada por el Juzgado de Garantía de Copiapó.
Agregar que el lugar en donde se practicó la detención fue sindicado por la comunidad de Diego de Almagro donde se generaba la venta y consumo de drogas.
Finalmente el detenido fue puesto a disposición del Tribunal de Garantia de Diego de Almagro, conforme a los antecedentes señalados con la orden de detencion vigente.
