Copiapó: Fiscalía investigó y obtuvo condena de acusado por delito de parricidio
La Fiscalía de Atacama obtuvo la condena del acusado a quien investigó por su participación consumada en el delito de parricidio, hecho ocurrido en julio del año pasado en la población El Tambo de la capital regional.
Los antecedentes de este caso fueron argumentados en audiencia de juicio oral por el fiscal Leonel Ibacache Véliz, luego de la investigación dirigida por el fiscal jefe de esta ciudad Christian González. De esta manera en dicha instancia judicial la Fiscalía presentó los medios de prueba ante los Jueces del mencionado Tribunal, acreditando que el día 20 de julio del año pasado el condenado, Felipe Rivera Contreras, sostuvo una fuerte discusión con su madre, luego de lo cual tomó un arma blanca desde la cocina de la vivienda que compartían con la que le causó la muerte a la víctima.
Los hechos descritos configuraron el delito de parricidio consumado, por lo que la Fiscalía de Atacama encabezó las diligencias tendientes a establecer las circunstancias del hecho, además de reunir los medios de prueba documental y científico que sirvieron de sustento para la acusación presentada en este caso.
De esta manera, los Jueces del Tribunal Oral determinaron condenar de manera unánime a Rivera Contreras como autor del delito investigado, por lo que la audiencia en que se conocerá la sentencia que deberá cumplir el acusado se realizará el próximo jueves 16 de junio.
