Cesfam Freirina recomienda informar al Servicio de Urgencia Rural cualquier síntoma sospechoso
Tras la rectificación que hizo la Secretaría Regional Ministerial (Seremi) de salud de Atacama sobre el primer contagiado por covid-19 en la comuna de Freirina, el alcalde César Orellana, se sumó a las recomendaciones sanitarias para promover el auto cuidado, la prevención y la higiene.
El Centro de Salud Familiar (Cesfam) practicante Oscar Ruiz Toro también confirmó la información y emitió un comunicado en el que motiva a la comunidad a mantener el distanciamiento social y comunicarse al teléfono del Servicio de Urgencia Rural 512685100 “frente a cualquier contacto de riesgo, fiebre o síntomas respiratorios (…) para tomar las medidas y resguardos necesarios”.
El comunicado también dio cuenta de la manera cómo se desarrollará el protocolo de un nuevo caso, dejando claro que siempre se va a considerar la información entregada por la Seremi de Salud. “Estaremos comunicando el desarrollo de la pandemia covid-19 en nuestra comuna mediante los medios oficiales”, sostuvo.
Conocido el informe sobre la existencia del primer caso positivo en la comuna, Arellana tomó contacto con la familia, el equipo del área de salud y el Departamento Social Municipal para promover una comunicación fluida con el paciente y su círculo cercano, de modo que tengan certeza de que contarán con atención.
Aprovechó la ocasión para hacer un llamado a la tranquilidad, el respeto y el buen uso de las redes sociales para evitar comentarios mal intencionados. Y recordó a sus “estimados vecinos”, que “esta persona no buscó contagiarse”. (FKG)
