Carabineros de Copiapó cuenta con cuatro nuevos vehículos

Cuatro nuevos vehículos forman parte de la dotación de Carabineros gracias a una nueva entrega de móviles realizada en la capital regional. Dicha actividad, fue encabezada por el delegado Presidencial Regional, Gerardo Tapia; junto al gobernador regional de Atacama, Miguel Vargas, y el
Jefe de la Tercera Zona de Carabineros, General Luis Aguilera, en que se hizo el traspaso de los recursos que aportarán al trabajo desarrollado por la institución.

IMPORTANCIA:

En la ocasión, el máximo representante del Presidente Gabriel Boric en Atacama indicó que “queremos que nuestras vecinas y vecinos tengan una mejor calidad de vida y mayor seguridad y esto es parte del trabajo colaborativo, en donde vamos a fortalecer todo lo signifique seguridad pública y seguridad hacia los vecinos de manera directa. Estamos implementando mayores equipamientos que vienen a cubrir esa necesidad latente. Vamos a combatir la delincuencia con trabajo concreto”.
A sus palabras se sumó el gobernador regional de Atacama, Miguel Vargas, quien dijo que “lo que pide con mucha fuerza la ciudadanía que es generar condiciones de mayor seguridad y eso se logra trabajando en distintos ámbitos. Hemos comprometido con carabineros y la policía de investigaciones un conjunto de medidas que apuntan a trabajar en ir generando condiciones más favorables para que los territorios sean más seguros. Eso supone apoyar con vehículos, apoyar la infraestructura. Estamos generando un plan de trabajo para que la región y cada una de sus comunas cuente con cuarteles apropiados para el desempeño óptimo del trabajo policial.
En tanto que el General Luis Aguilera, destacó que gracias a los fondos aportados por el ministerio del Interior “hemos hecho la reposición de dos radiopatrullas y dos motos tácticas para generar mejores procesos en el plano de la seguridad y mayor eficiencia en los resultados”. Asimismo, agregó que “viene una segunda etapa que son 24 vehículos más y, posteriormente, una tercera etapa que son más de 51 vehículos que se van a incorporar a este proceso, lo cual nos permitiría equilibrar la oferta de material rodante para las nueve comunas que componen la región de Atacama”.


DESTINACIÓN:


Los vehículos entregados serán destinados a la Segunda Comisaría de Copiapó y la Subcomisaría de Pedro León Gallo.

Se trata de dos radiopatrullas y dos motos año 2022, las que fueron financiadas por el ministerio del Interior mediante el proyecto de reposición de vehículos del fondo rotativo de abastecimiento de carabineros con una inversión de más de cincuenta millones de pesos.
Una acción que fue reconocida por los vecinos y vecinas de la comuna. Julia Correa, presidenta de la Junta de Vecinos “Unidos Siempre” indicó que está “feliz porque así hay más carros para los carabineros, para recorrer las poblaciones. Me gustaría que llegaran mucho más, así nos cuidarían más ellos a nosotros, porque falta mucho. Estos carros son muy bienvenidos”.
En tanto que Solange Silva, presidenta de la Unión Comunal JJVV “Candelaria Goyenecha” calificó la entrega de estos insumos como algo “excelente, porque siempre se dice que hay pocos carros y esto es un tremendo apoyo porque dada la sensación de inseguridad de seguridad de las personas,
esto es lo mejor que nos puede pasar”.
