Alcalde de Castro pidió ayudas orientadas a la reconstrucción
El alcalde de Castro, Juan Eduardo Vera, agradeció el apoyo que están recibiendo de las diferentes comunas, asegurando que lo «están llamando alcaldes de Chile, empresas, fundaciones y creo que es muy conveniente señalar que debemos pasar a una segunda etapa dentro de la emergencia».
«Para eso, estamos pidiendo que ojalá las ayudas que lleguen del resto del país, o de la comuna o provincia misma o región, sea orientada en materiales de construcción o, en lo posible, un llamado a las empresas de que nos puedan colaborar con medias aguas de emergencia», agregó.
Cabe señalar que el incendio forestal ya no presenta avance, sin embargo Conaf se mantiene trabajando con tres brigadas para lograr sofocar los puntos calientes del siniestro.
El director ejecutivo de Conaf, Rodrigo Munita, explicó que «el incendio se encuentra controlado, las condiciones climáticas han ayudado para eso porque han habido lluvias y no permanentes, intermintentes, eso genera mayor humedad, baja la temperatura, humedece toda la superficie».
«Esas condiciones han favorecido. Debemos tener entre 40 y 45 personas que están participando ahí. Lo que es forestal también señalar que fue mínimo… 5,6 hectáreas, por lo tanto eso está absolutamente controlado», agregó.
