Condenan a cinco personas por asesinato y persecución a exguerrilleros de las FARC
Cinco personas responsables de asesinar, amenazar o desplazar a exguerrilleros de las FARC fueran condenados en diferentes partes de Colombia por esos hechos, informó este sábado la Fiscalía General.
Las investigaciones de la Fiscalía y la Policía “permitieron obtener contundente material probatorio para esclarecer cuatro acciones criminales contra personas en proceso de reincorporación”, indicó la Fiscalía en un comunicado.
En un primer caso, dos personas fueron condenadas como responsables del ataque armado en el que fue asesinado el exguerrillero José Andrade Betancourth Leal, ocurrido el 6 de agosto de 2019 en el municipio de Rioblanco, en el departamento del Tolima (centro).
