La comida mexicana está disponible para delivery en Copiapó

La gastronomía mexicana tiene sus raíces en la época prehispánica, y por esa razón el maíz es un ingrediente imprescindible en sus preparaciones. Otros ingredientes, como el huevo, el pollo, el cerdo y el trigo fueron introducidos posteriormente, en la época colonial, para amalgamarse en las preparaciones que ahora son las favoritas de todo el mundo: los tacos, las quesadillas, los tamales y muchos otros platillos que, no siendo tradicionalmente mexicanos, han surgido en el viaje de esta gastronomía por el resto de los países, como la gastronomía Tex-Mex, producto de los inmigrantes mexicanos en Estados Unidos y que nos ha dado platillos como el chili con queso.

En Chile, la comida mexicana tiene un sitial de honor entre las preferencias de los comensales, existiendo una amplia variedad de restaurantes donde probar las diferentes delicias que esta gastronomía tiene para ofrecer. En Copiapó, por ejemplo, Tololo Pampa Restobar ofrece entrega a domicilio de sus platillos vía PedidosYa, mezclando en su menú las fajitas y las quesadillas con las emblemáticas chorrillanas chilenas. Otros restaurantes, como Itacate, con presencia a lo largo del país, ofrecen desde burritos de cerdo, pollo, res o vegetarianos, hasta quesadillas y bowls. Itacate también hace delivery en diferentes ubicaciones del país.

Gracias a esta alza en la preferencia por la comida mexicana en Chile, es cada vez más fácil encontrar lugares donde probarla en Copiapó, como México al Paso, un minimarket que ofrece tanto artículos de la gastronomía mexicana como comida preparada en “boxes”. Queda claro que por sus múltiples sabores, colores y preparaciones, la gastronomía mexicana continúa conquistando el mundo paso a paso, tanto en su versión más tradicional como en sus fusiones con otras culturas. En el año 2010, la gastronomía tradicional mexicana fue declarada como Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Humanidad por UNESCO, lo que constituye una prueba más de su importancia histórica y cultural para todos, y nos da una nueva razón para celebrarla probando sus magníficos platillos.
